Swim safe at YMS!

For the last two weeks we have been doing swims safe in the school pool that we actually have. They taught us about a whirlpool, staying warm and what it is like to be in clothes for swimming. My teacher took some videos and photos.

I have learnt that getting in a huddle is really helpful when you end up in the water when you are not supposed to. 

I felt like I was having fun each day in my lesson

Next time I am excited for doing the whirlpool again.

The thing I will remember most is PJ day.

S.L.J. Starter activity

 I have been doing an SLJ activity here is what I did and I tried to replicate the original it was so hard but it almost matches I did try my best. 

pet day 2020

Hi bloggers! On pet day was the most funniest day ever! I brought  my soft toy and we did cake decorating! my friend brought a dog and she was wearing a santa suite Connor brought  a chicken and it laid two eggs which was surprising and we did agress sport which was so fun.  we had to roll tyres, sack racing, and milk a cow.  here are some examples of things that I did:

poetry writing

Hi bloggers this week I have been doing poetry  and  I am currently doing a scary forest  poem but, I have to do planning before I start writing. But what you need to remember is to phrase your poem and give it rhythm! I will give an example of my poem.

 I have just learnt  how to use a free comic animation/ comic animator and it is so good you should try it.  You can use characters  and poses and you even can have things like phones, judge hammers and much more. When you try this you will be amazed  this is a really fun thing. Here are some examples

 

the 1 k run

Hi I did a 1k run and it was challenging I was first place but it was extremely, muscle stretching hard. We had such a good time but that didn´t stop anyone even my friend struggled but he kept going and we got different times I got 5m3s. When I got to stop I was exhausted and then my friend came and sat beside me and we had a good time. posted by Dominic
